1、How we collect and use your personal information
In the process of APP launch and user's use of APP, we will obtain the following permissions and related personal information of your mobile phone, which will be used to identify, record and store your relevant identity information and account information, and record and save the user's behavioural information of using the APP, so as to facilitate the provision of accurate and personalized services to the user. Unless the information is necessary to achieve the basic business functions or in accordance with laws and regulations, you can refuse to provide and will not affect other functions or services. We will explain what information is necessary and what information the third party platform needs to obtain in the privacy policy. Required mobile phone permissions and personal information include:
1.1 Collection of device information
In order to carry out internal data analysis and research, third party SDK statistical services and to improve our products or services, we will collect some user data. This data is based on your interactions with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data we collect includes IP address, platform, timestamp, app identifier, app version, app distribution channel, standalone device identifier, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), device_id, device model, endpoint manufacturer, endpoint device operating system version, session start/stop time, language locale, time zone and network status, hard drive, CPU and battery usage.
1.2 Audio/Video Uploaded by Users
We will use your uploaded audio/video after you have authorised us to agree to the Privacy Agreement, and only after you have authorised us to do so can you upload audio/video and play it. Other than that, the information will not be uploaded to the server and will not compromise the user's privacy.
1.3 Photo Permission
After you authorise and agree to enable your photo permissions, we will use the pictures you upload, and only after you authorise and agree to do so, you can upload pictures and save them in the app. Other than that, the information will not be uploaded to the server and will not compromise user privacy.
1.4 Location permission
When you need to send or share a file with someone close to you, we need you to authorise your location rights. When you agree to this permission, then you can share the audio.
1.5 Third-party SDK to get information
In order to ensure that the software can run normally and stably, we have accessed a third-party SDK platform to help analyse and statistic the operation of the software. Our authorised partners need to obtain your information through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs), which will be strictly monitored and implemented in accordance with the data protection measures agreed with the authorised partners.
